- You handle long-term absences and insurance cases (KTG, UVG, IV, BVG)
- You advise managers, employees, and HR Business Partners on questions regarding absences and social insurance
- You monitor deadlines, entitlements, and carefully and reliably document long-term absences
- You work closely with Occupational Health Management and further develop absence and process standards
This is what you bring
- You have completed further training as a social insurance specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- You have professional experience in HR, insurance, public institutions, or absence management
- You have solid knowledge of UVG, KTG, IV, and BVG and are confident in using MS Office applications and HR systems
- You enjoy advising, coordinating, and administrative case processing – combined with a structured and independent working style
