Our Munich office bundles all construction/design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotels.

The central Maintenance department within the Technical Services department manages the technical building equipment of the hotels and workspaces and takes care of their maintenance as well as all technical and safety-relevant processes.

• Are responsible for building up and expanding the department as well as quality assurance and standardization of all technical and safety-relevant processes
• Manage a part of our hotels in the DACH region as Manager Maintenance
• Support our Manager Technical Property in maintaining our hotels at a high quality level
• Check and optimize operational and building services workflows
• Take care of the technical building equipment of the hotel and workspace locations, optimize their maintenance, and plan repair work if necessary
• Are the contact person for our hotel technicians, train them, and conduct training sessions
• Ensure economical, timely, and quality-compliant execution of maintenance measures, repairs, and new installations
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, directives, inspection deadlines, as well as occupational health and safety
• Support the implementation of energy optimization measures
• Help with the creation of service contracts, review contract conditions, obtain offers, and handle claims with insurance companies

We have been waiting for you because you:

• Have successfully completed training in the field of technical building equipment
• Already have several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar field, perhaps even abroad
• Like to travel a lot and are not averse to traveling
• Have good knowledge of technical building equipment and MSR technology
• Bring a professional appearance and loyalty and integrity are a matter of course for you
• Solve problems independently and creatively while considering business aspects
• Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and like to keep an overview through your structured working style and organizational talent
• Have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
