Logistics specialists EFZ are central professionals in logistics and form an important part of the supply chain.
During your 3-year training, you will learn among other things:
- Storage and proper management of materials needed for the maintenance of aircraft
- Receiving, checking, and systematic recording of materials
- Storing materials considering the requirements (temperature, hazardous goods, etc...)
- Operating floor conveyor devices (e.g. forklift)
- Preparing goods for delivery and shipping
- Proper and safe loading of vehicles
- Regular checking of inventory (stocktaking)
- Optimizing storage areas and processes
