WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAM IS ABOUT

Our program offers high-quality training in leadership, management, and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Usually, you work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.

• Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical knowledge, case and role plays, group work, team building, and plenary discussions
• Between the modules, you will be trained and coached on the job by an assigned Store Manager mentor
• After completing the modules, a celebration awaits you to mark the end of the program
