Production Mechanic – Assembly – Valve Assembler / Valve Locksmith – Good Hourly Wage – Permanent Position
Tasks
- Independent assembly according to documentation of complete valves for piston compressors
- Carrying out functional tests of the assembled valves
- Quality inspection and pre-packaging of the assembled valves for shipping
- Setting up and operating the brush deburring and vibratory grinding system, labeling, packaging and washing system as well as the laser and lapping machine
- Deburring of milled parts
- Final inspection before packaging washed parts (visual inspection)
- Self-inspection or four-eyes inspection of manufactured workpieces (using measuring tools)
Requirements
- Completed training as a poly- or production mechanic EFZ, mechanic/locksmith in mechanical engineering or plant and apparatus engineering with EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- Manual dexterity, persistent as well as precise and conscientious working method
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (Level C1)
- Independent approach and enjoyment of working at various workplaces
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation and openness to work on Saturdays during high workload
