Group Leader Residential Group C (female adolescents)
The socio-pedagogical-psychiatric model ward SOMOSA offers an inpatient 9- to 12-month intensive treatment program for 14- to 18-year-old female and male adolescents who are in a severe adolescent crisis. The goal of the treatment is to stabilize the 34 clients in their personality to such an extent that they can cope with the existing supportive or replacement socialization systems upon discharge. The setting and therapeutic tools consist of elements of psychiatric milieu therapy, structures analogous to socio-pedagogical residential facilities, as well as a psychotherapy offering corresponding to an open psychotherapy ward with 365-day operation.
We are looking for a position starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement
A group leader, 80 - 90%
for our residential group C (female adolescents)
Your area of responsibility
As group leader, you are in charge of the team of residential group C and lead it in professional, personnel, and organizational matters. You will be supported by the head of the socio-pedagogical department.
In addition to your leadership duties, you are also involved in direct work with our clients.
You are a stable, empathetic, open to criticism, and reflective personality with life experience and humor. You do not shy away from conflicts but use them for further development in professional, operational, and human matters. You live and appreciate an open and trusting team culture and support your employees as a coach and role model with your professional skills.
Requirements profile
- Diploma as a socio-pedagogue HF / university of applied sciences diploma in social work or completed nursing training or completed psychology studies
- Completed further training in leadership, ideally with practical leadership experience
- Two years of professional experience in child/adolescent psychiatry and/or youth welfare
- Up-to-date IT skills
- Driver's license category B desirable
