• You actively design and develop the training landscape in the area of physical security. In doing so, you coordinate and lead training sessions on occupational safety, dealing with threats, fire protection, and first aid, and convey theory in a lively manner
• You take over the leadership of the occupational safety and health working group, identify hazard potentials, and consistently implement the necessary measures
• You lead organizational security projects, create well-founded concepts, and accompany them from the initial idea to successful implementation
• You support the staff work of our crisis organization administratively
• You conduct integrated and integral security checks at our locations or contribute significantly to them

• You have solid professional experience in the field of physical security
• You recognize the need for action in occupational safety before it becomes a problem and independently drive topics forward
• Ideally, you have training in adult education as well as solid ASGS knowledge
• You are passionate about security topics and can communicate them appropriately to the target audience, ideally fluently in German and French
• You bring a healthy dose of humor, optimism, and a positive view of people. You enjoy teamwork across departmental boundaries
• You are IT-savvy, have project management experience, and design our processes efficiently
