Job Description
As part of our development in Switzerland, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Specialist in selling projects within publisher ecosystems. You will be responsible for the growth of revenue generated with our strategic technology partners (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.), relying on our project delivery offer (Build, Run, Change) and our sector expertise.
Your missions
In direct connection with the sales management and partner practices, your mission will be to:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts in synergy with publishers and internal pre-sales teams;
- Identify project opportunities in collaboration with the publishers' Channel teams;
- Qualify leads, coordinate responses to tenders, and manage complex sales cycles through to closing;
- Negotiate commercial offers and build co-branded value propositions with our partners;
- Strengthen publisher relationships, participate in partner committees, and contribute to expanding the covered scope (new offers, new regions, new sectors);
- Work closely with internal practices to bring out the right project arrangements (consultants, architects, project managers, functional experts...);
- Ensure the management of the sales pipeline and reporting in our CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications
Profile sought
- You have a proven experience (5+ years) in selling IT and T&M projects, ideally in an integrator or IT services company environment with a strong partnership DNA.
- You master complex B2B sales cycles (long cycle, multiple stakeholders, C-level) and know how to address business transformation challenges (CRM, ERP, Data...).
- You have already worked with at least one major publisher (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, etc.) and understand Channel & Partner Program logics.
- You are a hunter, structured, results-oriented person, with a strong ability to build and grow a trust-based relationship.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of teamwork, and the ability to carry a vision are among your key strengths.
