To complete its Logistics team, the Building and Works Service is looking for a Cleaning Group Leader.

Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Lead the Unibat Cleaning group staff by organizing the tasks of cleaning and hygiene agents.
- Manage any conflicts and promote communication within the teams.
- Manage the cleaning of UNIL buildings and coordinate the execution of tasks. Ensure the safety of interventions.
- Negotiate external facility management service contracts and monitor the services.
- Ensure the administrative management of the Unibat cleaning group.
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Federal Certificate of Cleaning Services Manager / Higher diploma in Facility Management or equivalent training.
- Training in personnel management.
- 7 years of proven professional experience in cleaning and Facility Management.
- 5 years of experience in managing staff.
- Sense of organization and priorities, decisiveness, and ability to act.
- Ability to recognize and manage conflict situations within teams.
