About the job

The Case Revision Department of the Social Services is responsible for the annual eligibility review of social assistance cases. The dedicated and well-coordinated team looks forward to reinforcement by you starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Do you have a structured and efficient way of working and interconnected thinking? Then we look forward to your application.

Your Tasks

Requesting documents from clients and third parties (tax office, compensation office, etc.)

Reviewing documents according to SKOS guidelines

Written reporting of review results for the responsible social workers

Various administrative tasks

Participation in continuous process adjustments

Your Profile

Commercial training

Several years of experience as a caseworker, preferably in the public sector

Good knowledge and practical experience in social assistance and/or social insurance

A sense for numbers and quick comprehension

Confident German language skills

Team player with an independent and efficient working style and high quality standards
