• Management of the administrative matters of the regulatory fines office
• Evaluating, processing, and controlling data from the regulatory fines area
• Management of the entire financial accounting in the area of regulatory fines and speed controls (monthly and annual financial statements)
• Drafting of violation notices, reminder letters, and reports as well as their delivery
• Providing telephone information in the entire area of the traffic specialist service
• Administrative support of the head of the traffic specialist service

• Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge and experience in financial accounting
• Very good IT user skills
• Foreign language skills (E/F/I)
• Very good written and oral communication
• Team-oriented work as well as confident and service-oriented appearance
• Very careful and precise way of working
