- Economic deployment planning of service technicians
- Processing of appointment cancellations
- Management and processing of installation orders
- Mutations and new recording of devices
- Receiving and forwarding of fault reports
- Handling reminders from water protection authorities
- Sending control and detector reports
- Filing of service function control reports and general correspondence
- Ensuring and maintaining contract management
- Technical customer support alongside the service technicians

- Commercial training with a technical flair
- Experience in order planning and dispatching
- Good geographical knowledge
- Communicative and service-oriented personality, with high coordination skills and team spirit
- Personally, you convince through an independent working style and resilience
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Italian language skills are an advantage
- Very good IT user skills
