Your Tasks
- Together as a co-management team, you are responsible for the personnel and organizational leadership (around 26 positions) of our specialized acute medicine with a focus on acute geriatrics and neurocomplex treatments and actively work in direct care alongside management duties
- Beyond medical care, the focus is on the individual care and support of patients with internal medical conditions and acute geriatric complex treatment following trauma
- In holistic support and rehabilitation, activation and therapy as well as personal counseling are at the center of our care
- You gladly contribute your experience in the interprofessional team of medicine, nursing, therapy, and case management and actively shape the collaboration
- In addition, you ensure the continuous development and quality of this area and participate in working groups
- You are also responsible for the guidance and support of students and trainees in nursing
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH with several years of professional experience and completed further education in management or willingness to complete such
- Enjoyment of leadership topics and interprofessional collaboration
- High commitment, independence, resilience, flexibility, organizational skills, assertiveness as well as business thinking and acting
- Interest in supporting elderly people in regaining their independence
- Situationally appropriate, differentiated, and understandable communication skills
- Openness to change processes
