Specialist in Bicycle Services Sursee with Interest in Work Education (80%)
With us, you can apply your mechanical and manual skills, pass on the joy of it, and give your career a new direction by applying your insights from the educational training daily or pursuing this training alongside your job.
We would like to entrust you with these tasks:
- Planning, coordination, and ensuring smooth operational processes
- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and further development of our bike-sharing offer in the Sursee/Sempachersee region as well as for the local bicycle workshop
- Carrying out mobility services (bicycle order service, bike-sharing, Fundvelo.ch)
- Accompanying and leading program participants
- Organizing and coordinating work assignments
- Guidance and professional collaboration in the workshop
- Assisting in writing reports and handling administrative tasks within the framework of the work education mandate
Of course, we rely on your willingness to prepare and carry out tasks and work content according to work education principles with the participants. Your already acquired leadership experience, your strong sense of teamwork, and the joy of taking responsibility will help you. Our clients naturally appreciate it when you approach their concerns openly and solution-oriented. This role can be well fulfilled by someone who has the ability to recognize developments and enjoys developing and implementing sustainable solutions.
Good PC user skills, a category B driving license, and very good German skills (min. C1) are further practical requirements for this position. It goes without saying that you bring high motivation to contribute your know-how in bicycle mechanics and sustainable mobility from a manual, preferably bicycle mechanic training.
We offer you an open working atmosphere in a dynamic work environment, a well-accessible workplace in Sursee (work assignments from Monday to Friday), and attractive social benefits. It is important for you and us that you can keep your expertise up to date, which is why we are happy to support you in relevant further training.
Our organization is undergoing a transformation process from a rather hierarchical leadership understanding to a role-based collaboration. This means for you as a potential employee that you can take on interesting additional tasks and gain new experiences. For all of us, it means that we are in a phase of change and must endure the associated uncertainties for a certain time. In return, we are all involved in introducing a - and we are convinced - future-proof form of collaboration that offers plenty of room for participation and design.
Do you want to contribute your experience and knowledge in a appreciative and dynamic environment and thus become part of an organization committed to meaningful tasks and goals? Then we should get to know each other. I look forward to receiving your complete application documents via the online portal
