Requirements Profile
- Completed training as FAGE EFZ, ideally with experience in long-term care
- Empathy and understanding for the wishes and needs of elderly people
- Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working, combined with organizational talent
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- High social competence as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation (easyDok)
