Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 – but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager of course, but also other people you will work with. Job description
As a Lead Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, availability, and security of our clients' critical database environments. You will work on the design, optimization, and governance of several major technologies: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Your missions
Design, deploy, and administer high availability databases on Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Optimize performance and ensure the resilience of production environments.
Implement backup, restore, and continuity plan strategies.
Supervise critical incidents, diagnose, and propose sustainable solutions.
Standardize and automate operational and monitoring processes.
Support and train technical teams on DBA best practices.
Your profile
Proven experience in managing a team of DBAs in Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Mastery of high availability environments (RAC, AlwaysOn, clustering, replication).
Knowledge of backup and restore solutions (RMAN, HADR, log shipping, etc.).
Experience in data security management and governance.
Practice of automation (Shell scripts, PowerShell, Python)
