Job Description
- Process customer orders, focusing on physicochemical chemical methods for parenterals (light obscuration, Osmolality, micro flow imaging, clarity/color, container closure integrity (pressure/vacuum decay and headspace analysis)
- Independently organize and conduct analysis of customer orders, including sample preparation, analysis, evaluation, and documentation
- Collaborate with scientists on method validations
- Work in a GMP laboratory environment
- Take over responsibility for analytical instrumentation (troubleshooting, data integrity and coordination with suppliers)
Requirements
- Education as lab technician with focus on analytics or comparable education
- Professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment is preferred
- Previous experience with some of the methods listed above is an advantage
- Excellent understanding of analytical chemistry and excitement to learn new analysis techniques
- Experience with pharmacopoeial (Ph. Eur and USP) testing is advantageous
- Proactive, committed, reliable and hard working
- Good knowledge of English. German is an advantage
