Head of Group Finance, Accounting & Reporting

• You take overall responsibility for the accounting and accounting of all group companies and ensure that transparency and quality shape our financial language
• Together with your team, you consolidate monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, thus creating the basis for fact-based decisions at the highest level
• You strategically further develop the Group Treasury and Tax function, ensuring efficiency, compliance and future viability
• You are responsible for the financial part of external reporting
• You lead your team directly domestically and take over the professional management of international units – as a leader, mentor and sparring partner
• You drive global projects for financial process harmonization, digitization and the review of shared service centers with energy, foresight and a clear claim to impact
• You work closely with business controlling – in the areas of planning, internal reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses for management

• You have a solid university degree in finance, accounting or a comparable field
• You bring several years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, treasury and tax, preferably in an international industrial environment
• Swiss GAAP FER is not a mystery to you but familiar territory. You are familiar with SAP S/4HANA and global process harmonization
• You uncompromisingly pursue quality but never stand still: questioning structures and making processes smarter is in your DNA
