The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care center each in Basel and Riehen. Your Tasks
- Professional and organizational leadership of the speech therapy team
- Diagnosis and therapy of dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, and dysphonia in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Interprofessional collaboration in complex assessments and treatments in geriatrics, internal medicine, surgery, neurology, and ENT (including tracheotomized patients in long-term care)
- Consultation of relatives and caregivers
- Documentation, findings, and service recording with modern digital tools
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified speech therapist (with EDK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Experience in the clinical field, ideally in inpatient geriatrics
- Professional practice license is an advantage
- Dynamic, team-oriented, and resilient personality who enjoys the lively hospital environment
- Interest and empathy in dealing with elderly people
- Independent, responsible, and networked way of working
- Proficient use of digital documentation systems
