Since January 2025, the bank has been part of Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG. In this context, we are in a transformation and integration phase in which we are further developing and harmonizing our HR processes at the group level. For this exciting phase, we are looking for a committed personality who reliably ensures operational HR work with comprehensive expertise and a hands-on mentality and supports process harmonization.
The position is initially limited within the framework of the transformation phase. If suitable and interested, there is the possibility of permanent employment, prospectively with a focus on a key account role with workplaces in Grosshöchstetten and Lenzburg.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for HR administration throughout the entire HR life cycle
- Preparation, control, and co-responsibility for payroll
- Contact person for employees and managers on operational HR issues
- Advice on labor law and regulatory matters
- Active participation in the transformation project to harmonize and integrate HR processes
- Ensuring smooth HR operations during the integration phase
- Support with selected recruitments if necessary
What you bring
- Several years of experience as an HR generalist throughout the entire HR life cycle
- Independence, integrity, and a winning demeanor
- Completed further training as an HR specialist or comparable qualification
- High initiative, sense of responsibility, and structured working style
- Solution-oriented thinking and enjoyment of operational implementation
- Very good German skills (at least C1)
