• You develop, lead, and are responsible for the Employer Branding strategy in Switzerland – from conceptual orientation to effective implementation.
• You position Emmi as an attractive employer and manage cross-departmental employer branding initiatives through campaigns, videos, photos, and stories.
• You are the professional lead for employer branding content on the career site and social media, setting clear guidelines for tone, storytelling, and quality.
• You analyze campaign results, derive strategic recommendations, and actively contribute these to relevant committees and exchange formats.
• You work closely with recruiting, vocational training, marketing, and communications, and handle employer branding topics with internal and external stakeholders on an equal footing.
• You take over the professional management of projects, are responsible for budget, priorities, and timings, and ensure clear, transparent implementation.

• Several years of experience in employer branding, personnel marketing, or marketing/communications – ideally with professional leadership responsibility or a lead role.
• A strong sense for storytelling, content, and brand management as well as the ability to inspire others.
• Analytical skills to make impact measurable and to make data-driven decisions.
• Enjoyment in advancing specialist topics, orchestrating stakeholders, and taking responsibility.
• An independent, structured, and proactive working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
