Take on exciting tasks and plan the move-in of our two new, modern university buildings in Winterthur.

Department: School of Engineering

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

• You will take over project management for space utilization (workplaces, classrooms, and laboratories) within the School of Engineering as well as for the "Campus T" project in Winterthur.
• You plan, coordinate, and control the implementation of moves, furnishings, and minor structural adjustments within the department.
• You handle operational activities, ad-hoc tasks, and accompany inspections.
• You conduct needs assessments within the department and ensure the implementation of user requirements.
• You support the project organization and the program manager in administrative matters as well as in the conceptual development of space management.
• Completed studies or further education in the field of facility, construction, or real estate management
• Experience as a project manager in the field of space utilization in the university and/or research environment is desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office, planning, and project tools
• You have broad expertise and a solid understanding of project, process, and change management
• Strong analytical and interconnected thinking as well as organizational skills at an operational level
• Service- and solution-oriented, as well as communicative and assertive
• Constructive in collaboration and a team player
