Your mission – a key role at the heart of the Emergency Service
By joining our team, you will be an essential pillar of the administrative functioning of the service.
Your mission:
- Ensure the planning of the Emergency Service doctors in Polypoint PEP.
- Process and coordinate all requests related to schedules.
- Manage various administrative tasks related to the organization of the service and its daily operation.
- Actively participate in administrative activities supporting the service structure.
- Contribute, in close collaboration with the team, to the management of commitments and the administrative follow-up of the service development projects.
- Carry out various administrative tasks specific to the Emergency Service.
- Participate in complaint handling, quality control, and data collection.
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- Comfortable with computer tools and analytical mindset.
- Proven experience in planning, ideally in a medical environment.
- Medical secretary diploma or good knowledge of the medical field: an asset.
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and German at B1–B2 level.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Organizational skills and great anticipation ability.
- Excellent stress management, strong sense of organization and priorities.
- Initiative, flexibility, interpersonal ease, and reliability.
