Skills
- Diploma as a nursing specialist or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Good computer skills, ideally with BESA software knowledge.

For our team, we are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team of the protected residential group F1
- Staff planning
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of residents with dementia
- Active participation in daily nursing care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists
- Quality assurance and further development of nursing
Your profile
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent qualification
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
- High resilience and assertiveness
- Good German language skills
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA knowledge is an advantage)
