The Stiftung Alterssiedlung Grenchen operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff members. In our senior settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment where they feel comfortable.

We are looking for the Weinberg location by arrangement for night shift duty

Nursing professionals for the night watch team (40%-80%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Professional and holistic care and nursing of our residents
• Taking over night responsibility after training
• Organization and coordination of workflows
• Participation in working groups
• RAI/RUG knowledge desired

Your profile:

• Recognized diploma in health and nursing care (HF/FaGe)
• Professional experience as well as high social and professional competence
• Willingness to take responsibility and high self-motivation
• Open and constructive personality
• Understanding and empathy for elderly people
• Very good oral and good written expression in German
