The Willisau Retirement Center offers a family-like home for elderly people who rely on professional support, care, and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a family-like home. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialized living forms, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten.

Your profile:
- You have completed training as a Health or Care Specialist
- You enjoy working with elderly people
- You have great empathy and your observational skills distinguish you
- You are reliable, resilient, and a team player
Your tasks:
- You participate in the care and support process according to internal company guidelines
- You act and decide independently within the scope of your acquired qualifications and considering internal company guidelines
- You carry out care and support in complex situations with support and advice from tertiary-level care and support professionals
