Certified Nursing Specialist (HF / DNII / AKP / PsyKP / DNI / FaGe)
Your main tasks
- Assignments with clients in the area of basic and treatment care
- Support and accompaniment for the client in their familiar home environment
- Electronic documentation of services and observations
- Co-responsible for the implementation of the nursing service order
- Supervision of trainees
Your profile
- Completed training (HF / DNII / AKP / PsyKP / DNI / FaGe)
- High respect for elderly, mentally ill, and impaired people
- Good oral and written German skills (at least level B2)
- Digital fitness for daily electronic administration using Perigon
- Flexibility, openness to a modern nursing philosophy
- Quality and cost awareness
- Driver's license category B
