About the job
We are looking for a
Legal Service Employee, Lawyer 40% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Case processing in data protection law as well as independent support and maintenance of our data protection database
- Ensuring and further developing the directory of processing activities as well as conducting and accompanying data protection assessments
- Consulting on Swiss data protection law as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Further development and implementation of data protection and compliance structures in the company
- Independent creation, review, and negotiation of contracts as well as further development of contract management
- Collaboration on compliance issues as well as handling labor law questions
- Consulting and supporting management as well as close cooperation with the Head of Legal in daily business
Your profile
- Completed studies in law (MLaw/BLaw), ideally with professional experience
- Several years of practical experience, especially in data protection law; additional knowledge in labor and contract law is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurial contexts and pragmatic legal advice
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French is an advantage
