Head of Blood Collection and Therapeutic Activities Service

Mission
- Lead and organize all blood collection activities at the Epalinges collection site and the mobile team of the canton of Vaud, supported by a team of about thirty collaborators
- Supervise and develop therapeutic services in close collaboration with the medical service and internal or external services involved in the processes
- Be integrated into the management team of the blood collection department, participate in implementing the strategy and corporate culture, as well as guidelines
- Work on implementing all safety measures to ensure the safety of donors and patients, as well as the quality of blood products.
Profile
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in nursing complemented by management training with proven team management experience
- Strong leadership, with the ability to create an engaged and collaborative team dynamic
- Excellent understanding of processes and strong optimization skills
- Logical and analytical mind, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Strong sense of responsibility and solid communication skills
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German.
