Gardener – Foreman – for Permanent Position
Activities
- Independent execution of horticultural and garden maintenance work
- Organization and management of construction sites in horticulture
- Guidance and coordination of employees and assistants
- Implementation of garden modifications, plantings, and new installations
- Working with modern machines and equipment
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ (garden and landscape construction)
- Experience in horticulture as well as in construction site organization
- Initial experience in leading employees is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Team player, motivated and responsible
- Driver's license category B (advantageous with trailer test)
