- Independent handling of all customs formalities in import and export
- Conducting audits in cooperation with customs authorities
- Advising our customers and partners on customs clearance and shipment processing
- Shipment monitoring and ensuring timely processing
- Compliance with legal requirements and regulations in customs matters
- Interface between shippers, customers, partners and authorities
- Maintenance and updating of master data
- Telephone contact point for customer inquiries
- Close cooperation with all involved departments
- General administrative tasks in daily business
You bring
- Completed commercial or comparable training
- Experience in customs clearance
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of customs software
- Flawless German in spoken and written form, additional languages (IT, FR, EN) are an advantage
- Resilience and great sense of responsibility
- Quick comprehension and solution orientation
