About the job

The Exams Group in the Competence Center Planning & Exams is responsible, among other things, for conducting all centrally organized exams at the University of St.Gallen and supports the lecturers of the Schools/Institutes in implementing decentralized exams.

• Supervising students during exams
• Conducting various checks before, during, and after exams
• Forwarding exam questions to the exam site managers
• Assisting with (medical) emergencies during exams
• Supporting candidates in the login process

• Vocational training or completed bachelor's degree
• Very good knowledge of working with digital environments / flair for IT and complex software applications (IT affinity)
• Very good German skills (at least level B2)
• Good English skills and additional language skills are an advantage
• Minimum age of 25 years
