Job Description
As HRIS Domain Manager, you join a leading university hospital and play a central role in the performance and evolution of the current human resources information system (HRIS). You take charge of a strategic domain that you structure, organize, and develop to ensure its proper functioning and meet the needs of the Human Resources Directorate.
You position yourself as a strategic partner of the Human Resources Directorate and support this department in deploying innovative HR tools (HRIS, LMS, ATS) and platforms, enabling the institution to meet numerous technological challenges and address current and future HR issues (new remuneration grid, legal and regulatory constraints, talent management, training management, recruitment and integration, protection of sensitive data, and qualitative structure of HR data). You collaborate closely with various business experts (HR operations, skills development center, or talent and leadership services) and rely on the HR project management and methods teams.
You supervise the entire domain's activity and coordinate the provision of necessary resources for the realization of business projects. You manage trade-offs, prioritize activities, and manage domain resources, including possible pooling, to ensure efficient and quality service. You also ensure the proper administrative functioning of the domain and the rigor of processes.
In agreement with your management, you define the organization of the HRIS domain, which you evolve according to institutional and technological challenges. Thanks to your committed leadership, you supervise group leaders, plan their activities, and unite all teams around a clear vision. You develop a collaborative work environment based on responsibility, listening, co-construction, and recognition. You support your employees in their development, ensure their continuous training, and guarantee regular performance evaluations.
Thanks to your strategic orientation, you contribute to defining and deploying the overall IT strategy of the Applications Service. You participate in developing the functional and technical master plan and propose technological evolutions to anticipate future needs and strengthen the domain's performance. You maintain active monitoring of HRIS technologies, HR application integration, architectures, workflows, and data management, ensuring the overall coherence of implemented solutions.
As a strategic interlocutor of the DTN-IA and project management, you advise the HR Directorate as well as medical departments and support services in their long-term reflections on information systems, planning, and organization. You ensure complete coverage of business needs by actively participating in system design, evaluating functional and technical impacts, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent diploma, complemented by a CAS in management or higher training in management, or which must be acquired during employment.
You have in-depth expertise in professions related to the HRIS domain and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. This experience includes team management, steering complex and strategic projects, as well as mastery of the technical and organizational challenges of a large-scale IT infrastructure. Knowledge of the university hospital environment is a valuable asset that enhances your understanding of the sector’s specificities and requirements.
You have extensive experience in software architecture, development, and integration in complex, demanding, and regulated environments. Additionally, you have actively participated in implementing a complete HRIS and maintaining it in operational conditions.
Your partnership skills allow you to develop trusting relationships with client departments, especially the HR Directorate. You quickly understand challenges, adapt your communication according to your interlocutors, and seek pragmatic, balanced, and "win-win" oriented solutions. You represent your domain with influence, pedagogy, and diplomacy.
Your participative leadership enables you to establish a positive climate and mobilize your teams around common goals. You are comfortable with complexity and manage activities with proactive and efficient organization. You manage priorities, deadlines, objectives, and team performance with rigor and consistency.
You demonstrate reflectiveness, welcome feedback constructively, and identify your own development areas. You know how to manage a heavy workload while maintaining a calm, composed, and solution-oriented attitude, even in tense or changing situations.
Your profile combines technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills, making you a key player to meet the strategic and operational challenges of the position.
