About the job

• Responsibility for a specific station in the kitchen
• Ensuring consistent preparation of dishes according to established standards
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of all prepared dishes
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Close collaboration with other Chef de Partie and the head chef
• Coordination of workflows between the various stations

Our restaurant ONYX on the 6th floor of the DO & CO Hotel brings contemporary Asian cuisine to the heart of Vienna. The menu offers a variety of authentic and modern dishes from our open kitchen, the fiery Robata grill, and the sushi counter, all designed for sharing. Here, our guests can enjoy an extraordinary dining experience with breathtaking views of St. Stephen's Cathedral, delicious cocktails, and the best sounds from our in-house DJ.

• Completed professional training as a cook and several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Enjoyment of working with exquisite foods
• An exceptional eye for detail, excellent knowledge of all modern cooking methods, and extensive knowledge of authentic and classic dishes
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Good German and/or English skills
