The Novotel Monte Carlo is a recently established hotel in Monte Carlo, featuring 218 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge bar, 500 m² of modular meeting rooms (ProAct Label), a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a hammam.
Your missions include:
• You ensure the supply, storage of goods, and stock monitoring of the hotel (for all services)
• You play a monitoring role on the quality of relationships with suppliers, proper stock management, and the application of brand directives and Group purchasing management
• You centralize needs and ensure the smooth running of orders from all hotel departments (except for specific orders from the technical service and certain Housekeeping orders).
• You ensure the follow-up and control of the conformity of delivered goods and fill out non-conformity forms for follow-up with the purchasing department
• You apply storage rules
• You manage relationships with suppliers
• You communicate any risks of shortage or overstocking
• You work closely with all hotel services
• You participate in inventories and month-end closings in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager in accordance with administrative and accounting procedures
• You contribute to optimizing merchandise ratios
• You apply procedures regarding purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicing
• You ensure the cleanliness of your workplace and food safety by respecting hygiene rules daily
• You follow the instructions for use and safety of the equipment provided.
• You perform hygiene checks on goods according to legal standards (use-by dates, best-before dates, etc.)
• You respect the environmental commitments made by the brand and the hotel

Profile:
• Similar experience in an establishment of the same category required - experience within a Novotel establishment is a plus (knowledge of procedures and service standards)
• Knowledge of VG billing software would be an asset
