Your tasks
Responsibility for all steps in the care process of clients based on interRAl Switzerland
Coordination of all care processes, including interdisciplinary collaboration
Information exchange with clients, relatives, and the
care and treatment team
Taking on additional tasks and supporting projects
Your profile
Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
Professional experience, ideally in outpatient care
High social, methodological, and professional competence
Independent and responsible working style
Up-to-date IT user skills
Category B driving license, ideally own car and own bicycle
