The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanizing plants, paint shops, and powder coatings in Switzerland. For our location in Aarberg with about 140 employees, we are looking for a

• Incoming inspections of customer materials on our daily routes
• Control of material receipts for special and large projects 
• Coordination with our shipping and production to ensure smooth processes
• Telephone and written communication with our customers in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandy
• Customer consultations, clarifications on technical feasibility, scheduling 

• Ideally, you have a professional qualification in the metal industry as a locksmith, mechanic, plant builder, or have professional experience in the field 
• You speak good German and can communicate well in French
• Organizational talent, good and open communication, and a strong affinity for service and customer care 
• Quick comprehension, creativity, and flexible thinking
