Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH 80-100% with Focus on Psychiatry

- Responsibility for all steps in the care process, documentation, and administration
- Needs assessments using the InterRAI-CMH instrument
- Independent planning of assignments
- Close collaboration with the clients' environment (relatives, doctors/therapists, social workers, employers, etc.)
This is what you bring:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
- Solid several years of professional experience in the psychiatric field (ideally outpatient setting)
- Strong professional and social competence
- Experience dealing with complex, rapidly changing care situations
- Contemporary IT user skills
- Category B driving license, ideally own car
