Your tasks
- You are responsible for the entire personnel administration along the employee lifecycle from entry to exit
- You lead and coordinate all HR administrative processes
- You actively participate in the recruitment process from job posting through interviews to hiring across all hierarchy levels
- You are the contact person for employees and line managers on HR questions and advise them competently and solution-oriented
- You participate in HR projects and actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes, structures, and tools
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in HR at the specialist certificate level
- You bring several years of experience in HR, especially in recruitment and personnel administration
- You work independently, structured, and responsibly and like to get involved
- You are an empathetic, resilient, and communicative personality with a high service orientation
- You speak German as your mother tongue and have very good English skills; any additional language is a plus
- You ideally have knowledge of the personnel software ABACUS
