Your Tasks
- Care, monitoring, and support of newborns and premature infants from 1,500 g and from the 32nd week of pregnancy
- Support in diagnostic and therapeutic measures in neonatology
- Guidance and counseling of parents, e.g., on child care, nutrition, and breastfeeding
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with delivery room, maternity ward, and other specialist departments
- Implementation of emergency measures (ACLS) for newborns and premature infants
- Conducting laboratory diagnostic measures
- Proper nursing documentation
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on pediatrics, health and pediatric nurse (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
- High nursing competence in the care of newborns
- Commitment, sense of responsibility, and independent working style
- Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary cooperation in a multiprofessional environment
- Willingness for regular training and further education
- Empathy and confidence in dealing with parents and relatives
