Lecturer for the Fitness Consultant & Trainer Course
The Benedict Education Group is one of the leading internationally active educational institutes in Switzerland with schools in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne, and St. Gallen. Its broad educational portfolio covers various areas: from languages and commerce to business and computer science, as well as hotel management, medicine, and health.
For the Lucerne location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated lecturer for the Fitness Consultant & Trainer course.
Workload:
- Employment on an hourly wage basis without a fixed workload
- Possible assignments on Monday / half-day or full-day
Modules:
- Training theory
- Movement science
- Equipment training
- Consulting
- Relaxation techniques
Your future tasks include, among others:
- Conducting group lessons according to the curriculum
- Preparing and following up on lessons
- Conducting exams including correction
- Creating lesson reports
What you bring:
- Training as a specialist in movement and health promotion EFZ, fitness trainer with a professional certificate, or an equivalent qualification
- Practical experience and solid expertise
- Personal commitment to the course participants (coaching and mentoring)
- Pedagogical and didactic skills
- SVEB 1 or willingness to obtain it within the first year of employment
- Experience in teaching adults is an advantage
