Setter / Programmer CNC Milling (3- & 5-Axis) (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Active participation in all operational activities in the field of CNC milling
- Programming and optimization of CNC programs (CAM – Mastercam)
- Setting up and converting 3- and 5-axis milling machines
- Feasibility analyses and calculations for new inquiries in cooperation with the technical office and sales
- Responsibility for the implementation of new projects
- Ensuring smooth production processes within the team
- Checking and ensuring complete customer documentation
- Maintenance and servicing of equipment according to instructions
- First-piece and in-process inspections with the latest measuring equipment
- Processing of small, medium, and large series
- Compliance with deadlines and quality requirements
- Developing manufacturing strategies (prototypes and new parts)
Your profile:
- Technical basic training in the machining field (polymechanic, production mechanic or similar)
- Several years of experience in CNC milling
- Solid knowledge of CAM software, especially Mastercam
- Experience in setting up and converting milling machines
- Independent, structured, and precise way of working
- High sense of responsibility and duty
- Team player, reliable and resilient
- Flexible and helpful in everyday work
