Clerk / Moving Coordinator (m/f/d) 100%

You independently process customer files in internal sales. In collaboration with the moving consultants (sales) and dispatch, you independently plan and coordinate the moves. This includes preparing quotes, work instructions for employees, billing, etc. You have contact with customers by phone and advise customers at the reception and in our moving shop.

You are a flexible and resilient personality with good assertiveness and a high willingness to perform. In addition to an independent and team-oriented way of working, you also have the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in customer consulting, preferably in the construction or transport industry
• Confident German, any additional language is an advantage
• Organizational talent with foresight
• Teamwork, reliability, independent and precise working style
• Good MS Office skills
