You love acquiring new customers, want to be visibly successful, and "hunt" your own deals? Then you are exactly right at F24 Schweiz AG: As a Sales Manager for our FACT24 solution, you drive our growth in the Swiss market and build your own customer base.
Your Area of Responsibility:
- You actively identify new target customers and market opportunities in the Swiss B2B environment
- You independently acquire new customers – from the first contact to contract signing
- You develop convincing presentations and offers and present them directly to decision-makers
- You manage the entire sales cycle: offer, contract documents, up to the successful implementation of the solution at the customer
- You strategically expand your acquired customers and secure long-term upselling and cross-selling potential
- You are the commercial single point of contact (SPoC) for your customers and work closely with sales back office and marketing
- You consistently maintain your pipeline and customer business in our CRM (Salesforce) and use it as a basis for your sales success

You
- Education and Training: Completed technical or business studies and further training in sales or marketing or an equivalent qualification
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the B2B environment of IT/SaaS solutions, ideally with solid experience in new customer business, security or BCM know-how is a plus
- Working Style: Strong closing skills, high self-motivation and the desire to make successes measurable as well as affinity for social media (especially LinkedIn)
- Hands-on: You are motivated to tackle things and help shape processes
- Language Skills and Communication Strength: Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are a plus, and you also have presentation skills at decision-maker level
