• Conducting nutritional assessments and creating individual nutrition plans, including enteral nutrition
• Consultation and nutrition therapy for insured and self-paying patients of various nationalities, including support with menu selection
• Planning, calculating, and developing individual nutrition plans during the hospital stay and in aftercare
• Administrative tasks (service recording, documentation, time tracking, etc.)
• Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Planning and adjusting patient meals in cooperation with the kitchen
• Continuation of a cooking and nutrition project to promote healthy eating habits, social interaction, and manual activity of patients
• Teaching IDDSI diet levels in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Participation in research projects on smell and taste as well as preventive nutrition, including conducting sensory tests and data collection

• Completed BSc degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, MSc students are also welcome
• Interest or initial experience in nutrition therapy for neurological diseases, dysphagia, and enteral nutrition
• Independent, structured working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
