For our Bern location, we are looking for a

Senior Operational Service Specialist (Filling Line III)

In this central support role, you are the organizational hub for the production area Filling Line III. You coordinate cross-departmental tasks and are the contact person for adjacent production areas as well as for Quality and Supply Chain. Together with the group leaders, you ensure smooth processes and support administrative activities.

Your tasks essentially include:

• Production planning / creation of production schedules
• Inventory management / ordering
• Responsible for time tracking in the area
• Review and compilation of batch records
• Archiving of relevant GMP documents
• Support with projects or process deviations
• Working with SAP and other operating systems

Qualifications & Professional Experience

• An open, flexible, and communicative personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary tasks
• Completed vocational training in the food, pharmaceutical, or commercial sector
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and inventory management is an advantage
• Reliable working style and high quality awareness
• Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
