Job Description
Are you passionate and creative, eager to leverage your skills and imagination to highlight HUG innovations?
You will be integrated into the HUG Innovation Center, bringing your energy and skills to activities ranging from ideation stimulation, project catalysis, to their promotion and enhancement, actively participating in the organization and facilitation of events.
You will be entrusted with various tasks and projects for which you are responsible, while being supported by team members. Organizing innovation and research cafés, managing mailings and registration follow-ups, updating websites and intranet, preparing and sending newsletters, participating in the organization and facilitation of Innovation Day and other events conceived and conceptualized by the Innovation Center.
You contribute to the creation of communication materials (designs, videos, infographics, presentations, contests…) thanks to your graphic skills and mastery of digital tools.
You prepare editorial materials and content (texts, articles, social media posts…) to explain the activities of the Innovation Center, as well as to promote the activities and projects catalyzed by the Innovation Center through the various available platforms.
You assist the team in developing and animating the community of innovators and propose communication ideas and concepts to contribute to the visibility of the Innovation Center.
Your solution-oriented attitude allows you to respond to regular requests as well as unforeseen events.
Working in a continuously evolving environment, you demonstrate great adaptability to meet the challenges that arise according to the Innovation Center’s current activities.
You convey, through your attitude, the image of the Innovation Center.
Qualifications
This internship is part of a Bachelor’s or Master’s university or HES training program. You are currently studying, with a focus on hospitality, project management; communication; event management, marketing; economics; business; or a relevant field for this position and you have an internship agreement. You are enrolled and affiliated with your university during the internship, either in a Master’s program or at the end of a Bachelor’s program.
Your organizational skills allow you to handle various tasks and activities on delegation. You master the French language both written and spoken, and are very comfortable with writing. You have good analytical and synthesis skills.
You have already contributed to event organization by participating in strategic event planning, design, and smooth execution of events.
You have good knowledge of office software Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe suite, FinalCut, Figma… and are generally comfortable with IT and new digital tools (allowing you to create edits, presentations, animations…) and have a good knowledge of social networks, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and know how to use them for targeted communication.
You demonstrate rigor and deliver quality outputs. You communicate smoothly about the progress of your activities. Your curiosity and learning ability allow you to explore unknown areas and you do not hesitate to ask questions to those around you.
You have a good ability to work in a team and develop harmonious relationships with interlocutors thanks to your diplomacy, interpersonal skills, listening, and even temperament.
Organization, dynamism, creativity and proactivity, rigor and autonomy are essential qualities to succeed in this position.
Moreover, your good humor makes you an asset to join the Innovation Center team.
