To strengthen our team at our global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for an Application Specialist in Thermal Analysis – 100% This varied role offers a unique blend of hands-on lab work and diverse responsibilities such as delivering international customer trainings, and supporting the sales team, with approximately 15% worldwide travel included.In this role, your responsibilities would include:Measuring customer samples using thermal analysis products such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA), and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA), and creating detailed application reportsProviding worldwide hotline support and testing prototype devicesWriting publications and developing engaging marketing materials, including handbooks, webinars, and other collateral to support product promotion and educationTraining sales staff and customers both remotely and on-siteProviding global online expert support in special sales casesTravelling to support local sales teams on-site (about 15% worldwide travel)
