• Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the daily business in the restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner service)
• Leadership, development, and operational deployment planning of the service team including apprentices
• Active participation in operational service as a role model
• Responsibility for sales development through active presence in service, consistent selling, and high guest orientation
• Training, supervision, and support of our apprentices
• Training the team in service quality, concept, sustainability, and allergens
• Implementation and control of hygiene, quality, and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Active quality and complaint management as well as maintenance of guest feedback
• Participation in the execution of seminars, banquets, aperitifs, and private events

What should your experience bag look like?

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership position
• Existing professional trainer course for restaurant specialist EFZ & EBA
• Enjoyment of working with apprentices as well as pronounced social and leadership skills
• Organizational strength, sense of responsibility, and resilience
• High service orientation and flexibility (split shifts, evening and weekend shifts)
• Good Swiss German skills are a prerequisite
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
