• You are fully responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties where a building renovation is currently planned or foreseeable in the near future
• You support and advise tenants and owners and manage the facility managers
• You develop proactive proposals from the property management side for ongoing construction projects and present them to the owner
• You participate in client meetings and represent the relevant points from the property management side in the project
• You assist in monitoring the construction execution and share responsibility for compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environment, and safety
• You carry out lease contract changes or leases for interim users or new customers

• You have a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in Real Estate Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
• You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law as well as basic construction knowledge
• You have technical know-how and understanding for handling structural damage and warranty cases on properties and, advantageously, also experience in renovation and project management
• You can patiently conduct dialogue with involved parties and show yourself proactive and flexible in the face of changes
• You have an independent working style, a high willingness to learn, and as an organizational talent, you always keep an overview
• You can communicate fluently in German and ideally in other languages, both orally and in writing
